We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We currently only allow returns or exchanges in case of damaged goods being delivered or if the item you received is not what you ordered.
We do not offer return & exchange on sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at arooosafashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with the courier to locate the package.
Eligibility
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be refunded. You may receive a voucher for your next purchase.
- Refunds are applicable for prepaid orders only.
- Exchange of size is not applicable on Custom Stitched orders.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and received, we’ll send out the exchange order.
Cancellation or Modification of Orders
All paid orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours of order placement. This policy ensures that we can fulfill our commitment to deliver high-quality products within the estimated timeframe.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at arooosafashion@gmail.com.
