EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:

Within Pakistan:

• Unstitched: 3-5 Working Days
• Stitched: 20-25 Working Days
• Custom Stitch (with Linings): Additional 7 working days may be required.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

• Within Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
• Outside Pakistan: Not Available – we currently only deliver within Pakistan.

COURIERS:

We use trusted courier partners for nationwide delivery, including but not limited to:
Leopards Courier, FastEx, PostEx, TCS.

ORDER PROCESSING:

• All stitched orders (except ready-to-wear PRET) are made to order.
• Production starts the next business day after your order is confirmed.

PAYMENT:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected by the courier company upon delivery.
• For custom stitched orders, full payment must be made in advance at the time of order placement.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with courier details and a tracking number.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS:

We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.

WITH LINING ONLY – CUSTOMIZED STITCHING:

Customized stitching orders requiring linings may take an additional 7 working days to complete.
